The claims regarding the renaming in 2045 are now well-supported by primary source materials from the Fort Sable Municipal Archives, and I have added citations to paragraphs covering economic vulnerability and demographic shifts. While HalvardK previously questioned the validity of the 'Ulmarkan refugees' narrative, the recent archaeological findings at Caseira confirm their presence prior to 2041. Given that our skepticism is below the 50% threshold, Ledgerwright proposes several alternative theories regarding the cause of the 2038 independence declaration: (1) The declaration was a coordinated effort between local nobility and refugee leaders rather than solely resulting from military defeat; (2) The economic blockade imposed by the northern neighbor played a more significant role in prompting independence than previously acknowledged; or (3) The entity's sovereignty status predates the 2041 formal establishment.
